Intensive Cooking –
The ceiling heating element (from above), the bedplate heating element (from below)
and the fan are all
turned on. This roasts
dishes evenly without
having to turn them
over. Suitable for
biscuits and cakes,
even baked together
on different levels.
Family meals, roast chicken, roast
pork, roast lamb, beef, etc.
Includes vegetables and other
foods on different levels. |
Fan Forced –
The circular heating
element located on the
back of the oven and the
fan. This is a uniform
cooking mode that makes
it possible to cook several
dishes on several levels.
It is ideal for sweets and
pastries in general.
Ideal for large items which require
thorough cooking – for example
large roasts, turkey and ham.
This function can also be used to
start the cooking of a large item
which can then be completed on
a slow bake. |
Conventional
Cooking –
Heating comes both
from above (ceiling
heating element) and
from below (bedplate
heating element).
This is the traditional
cooking function that
will uniformly cook
your dishes.
Ideal for roasting and breads and baking on one shelf only. |
Final Cooking with
Fan –
The lower heating
element is one with the
fan which distributes the
heat evenly in the oven.
Great for pastries
and pizza. |
| |
 |
 |
 |
 |
| |
Defrost –
The fan runs without
heating elements to
reduce the defrosting
time of frozen foods.
The time will depend on
the ambient temperature
as well as the size of the
food frozen. |
Grill –
The grill heating element
in the top part of the
oven is on. The heat that
is generated is very
intense and can grill
and roast foods.
For best results pre-heat the oven,
waiting about 5 minutes so that
the grill element becomes red hot. |
Browning –
The top heating element
(ceiling heating element).
Heating takes place from
the top to down. This is
normally used to brown
the surfaces of foods at
the end of the normal
cooking cycle. |
Final Cooking –
The lower heating
element is turned on
(bedplate heating
element). Heat rises
from the bottom
upwards. This is ideal for
finishing dishes that are
already cooked on top
but that still need further
baking below.
Pies through to pastries and all
party snack food favourites. |

Fan Grill –
The grill element
combined with the fan
only will grill food with a
less intensive heat. Ideal
for meats, it assists in
retaining the natural
juices and flavour. |
Light –
This symbol corresponds
to turning on the lights. |

Fan assisted –
The air is heated by the upper and lower resistance coils while forced circulation is guaranteed by the powerful back fan. This provides for rapid and uniform cooking, ideal for pies, flans, cakes and roasts. It also allows different dishes to be cooked on two different levels, without the aromas and tastes mingling with each other. |
Conventional –
Heat, produced by an upper and a lower resistance coil, travels across the oven by natural conduction. An ideal function for all those traditional recipes, for baking bread or cakes, or for roasts and lamb. |
Fan Grill –
Grill with fan ventilation. Heat is generated by the grill and is distributed by the movement of the back fan. Ideal for cooking thick meat and poultry such as guineafowl or for grilling large surface areas at the end of cooking. |
Defrost –
The unheated air, at room temperature, circulates inside the oven considerably reducing the natural defrosting time, even for the more delicate or larger dishes. |
| |
 |
 |
 |
 |
| |
Fan top –
The combination of top heating element and the fan. This cooking function permits to brown the food in the external surface. |
Fan Oven –
The circular resistance coil heats the air and the back fan distributes it perfectly, directly from the heat source. The hot air that circulates uniformly inside the oven reduces cooking and heating time and is ideal for cooking any dish, even on up to 3 levels at the same time, without the aromas and tastes mingling. |
Grill –
This uses the upper grill only and is ideal for toasting bread or for browning meat and fish. Cooking takes place mainly by irradiation. |
Fast Cooking –
It is the combination of
the circular resistance-coil
and partially top-bottom
heating
elements. It is the best
function to cook the
pizza or it is used to
reach the temperatures
desired in short time. |
| |
 |
|
|
|
| |
Multi Cooking –
It is the combination of
the circular resistance-coil
and partially top-bottom
heating
elements. It offers the
same advantages of the
Hot Air but with a better
distribution of the
temperatures. |
